Spring: new relationships blossoming

It is an unproven fact that more relationships will sprout during spring and summer than any other time of the year. My best guess, it has nothing to do with the blossoming of flowers and everything to do with the wilting away of warm weather wear.

As a Minnesotan, once the temps hit 36 we start the quest for finding a matching set of flip-flops in our house.  You start eyeballing the calendar anxiously calculating when patio season will be. And if you are lady, specifically one who lives near the corner of Selby and Dale, you dream of the day you can actually wear the cute sundresses that are constantly showcased in the window of Primp.
Now you may be wondering what all of that has to do with relationships.  Well, everything. People are finally excited to leave their homes. People want to go to places where they can see people and be seen.  And finally, girls ditch their warm and grungy sweats are once again flashing their gams and clavicles giving cause for men to once again start busting out the charm.
And as the temps are heating up outside, so are the love lives of some of the ladies indoors. But just has spring has arrived and welcomed with a dumping of snow, the scent of love is still only lingering in the air.

As we wait for spring - or love - you know where you can find us. We'll be ogling the window of Primp, scrounging around for our matching summer shoes, and off course mapping our assault on the Twin Cities patio scene. Watch out Twin Cities- these girls are ready to get oot of the house!
